Managing Partner of CVM LAVDE LEGAL, Francisco has a legal expertise accrued for more than 19 years providing legal advice to national and international clients within a wide range of legal matters related to corporate businesses.
He began his professional career as an associate lawyer in the Madrid office of the renowned international Law Firm CLIFFORD CHANCE, where he also practised law as a business lawyer in the London office.
Subsequently, he acted as Head of the Legal Department in one of the main Real Estate groups in Southeastern Spain.
After a period of time practising as a “freelance” business lawyer, Francisco founded CVM LAVDE LEGAL in 2014.
He earned a “Master (LL.M) in International Trade Law” by the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, and also a “Master in Urban Planning Law” by Consultor de los Ayuntamientos.
He was a Faculty member of INSTITUTO DE EMPRESA of Madrid for 5 years, where he lectured on various legal matters in two Programmes: the “Executive MBA of Real Estate Companies” and also in the “Advanced Course on Urban Planning and Construction”.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

She is a Tax lawyer with more than 8 years of professional experience providing advice to companies belonging to different business activities (ranging from real estate, to manufacturing and export of furniture, food and beverage, hotels, etc).
She is an expert in tax planning and the consolidation of groups of companies, as well as in indirect Taxation (VAT, Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty). She is frequently involved in the management of tax inspection files and in the defence against tax fines and the challenge of assets value.
Irene has a “Master in Tax Advice” organised by ENAE, and has taken part in several courses organized by the CENTER OF FINANCIAL STUDIES (CEF) about Corporate Income Tax, consolidation, and international taxation.
She is a member of the Cartagena Bar Association.

A lawyer with a career spanning more than 20 years, he specialises in all matters pertaining to Land Law, as well as Administrative and County Planning Law.
Joaquín has been involved in the drafting and processing of numerous Partial Plans and other planning consents, as well as in the grant of various administrative permissions (allotment projects, environmental clearance, etc) required for the development and construction of large-scale real estate projects.
He acquired an in-depth knowledge of business needs as, before practising as a lawyer, he was the Manager of a company dedicated to the export of goods. Within the realm of the Business Management, he also earned a “Master in management of Real Estate companies”, organized by FUNDESEM.
He then earned a “Master in Corporate Legal Consultancy” in the Business School of Murcia, as well as a “Master in Urban and Planing Studies”, organized by ENAE.
He is a member of the Murcia Bar Association.

With a legal career spanning 12 years, Ana Baños has practised as a lawyer both as a member of law offices and as in-house counsel at the Legal Department of companies.
This double source of practice enables her to combine remarkable legal skills with a perfect understanding of the business needs of clients.
She specialises in Corporate and Trade Law and frequently advises in the drafting and negotiation of various types of business agreements. She has also taken active part in numerous M&A transactions, and in the restructuring and finance of companies. She can boast extensive experience in doing secretarial work for Board of Directors.
